Add env variable to change configuration file path.

ETEBASE_EASY_CONFIG_PATH is optional, the server serches for the
configurations files in this order:
- "ETEBASE_EASY_CONFIG_PATH"
- etebase-server.ini
- /etc/etebase-server/etebase-server.ini
